Description

SAARA (M2)

An indoor training system for C90 and ALCOTAN-100 (M2) weapon systems, designed to replicate battlefield conditions in a virtual environment and deliver realistic, safe, and results-oriented training.

It mainly consists of a simulated weapon with the same dimensions, weight, and handling characteristics as the tactical system, along with a computer-based instructor control station. The system offers full flexibility, allowing users to select different scenarios and targets, as well as adjust lighting conditions, difficulty levels, and other training parameters.

To support efficient learning and continuous improvement, the SAARA (M2) evaluates the operator and records data from each training session. It provides detailed performance tracking, enabling rapid identification of strengths and areas for improvement to optimize each session.

TR90‑BT

A subcalibre trainer designed for field training with C90 family weapon systems. It provides a user experience faithful to the tactical system, enabling operators to train with maximum effectiveness and realism at significantly reduced cost.

It fires a small-calibre tracer or non-tracer round using one of the following compatible devices:

  • CAR.TR-ALC: A single-use cartridge integrating the projectile and a charge to simulate the backblast of the tactical system.
  • CAR-R-TR-ALC (M2): A rechargeable electronic cartridge, without backblast simulation, with a projectile inserted for each firing.

Aiming and firing follow the standard sequence. To this end, the TR90-BT incorporates a foldable optical sight and a firing mechanism identical to those of the tactical system, ensuring a fully realistic training experience.

TR‑ALC (M2)

A subcalibre trainer designed for field training of the ALCOTAN-100 (M2) weapon system.

It provides a user experience faithful to the tactical system, enabling operators to train with maximum effectiveness and realism at significantly reduced cost.

It replicates the dimensions and average weight of a real tactical munition, and it fires a small-calibre tracer or non-tracer round using one of the following compatible devices:

  • CAR.TR-ALC: A single-use cartridge integrating the projectile and a charge to simulate the backblast of the tactical system.
  • CAR-R-TR-ALC (M2): A rechargeable electronic cartridge, without backblast simulation, with a projectile inserted for each firing.

Aiming and firing are performed using a real VOSEL fire control unit, following the standard sequence and ensuring a fully realistic training experience.

CR‑TR90‑BT

A subcalibre adapter designed for field training with the C90 Reusable weapon system. It provides a complete training experience, covering handling, loading, and unloading of ammunition, as well as aiming and firing with the tactical system.

It replicates the shape, weight, and dimensions of a real round, which is loaded into the tactical system following the standard loading procedure. Its reloadable barrel system enables the firing of a small-calibre tracer or non-tracer round, and may optionally incorporate a CAR-BB-SIM single-use cartridge with a small charge to simulate the backblast of the tactical system.

The result is comprehensive, realistic, and efficient training, optimising operational costs.
