The Research and Development department represents 30% of INSTALAZA’s workforce, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to innovation and technological advancement. Each year, the company reinvests between 8% and 12% of its sales in R&D, aiming to develop cutting-edge technological solutions.

INSTALAZA designs and develops all its products in-house , allowing it to maintain a high level of control over the quality, performance, and technological development of its solutions. In addition, the company has developed and manufactured its own measurement and control equipment to verify components, subassemblies, and final products.

The company has also implemented advanced systems for ballistic testing and production process optimization, strengthening its capacity to innovate and develop new technological capabilities that align with industry requirements.

Balística

Ballistics

INSTALAZA’s ballistics laboratory performs tests on complete systems, as well as their components and subassemblies, from the design phase through final verification. The lab conducts the full range of ballistic tests—including interior, launch, exterior, and terminal ballistics—under both static and dynamic conditions.
