RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The R&D team comprises 30% of our total workforce.

In order to lead the market with products of the latest generation, a great investment in personnel and material is required, with the aim of offering our customers the most modern technologies.

All INSTALAZA’s products have been internally developed.

Different equipment has also been developed and manufactured by INSTALAZA for measuring, verification and control of components, subsystems and final products, as well as advanced equipment for our Ballistics Laboratory and manufacturing processes of our systems.

INSTALAZA reinvests approximately 8% of the turnover into R&D.
